- **Duties and Responsibilities**_
- Keep track of the company's inventory levels, including receiving, storing, and issuing goods. This involves monitoring stock levels, conducting regular stock counts, and updating inventory records accordingly
- Accurately enter data related to inventory into computer systems or databases. This includes recording product details, quantities, locations, and any changes in stock status.
- Monitor inventory levels to ensure that the stock does not run out. Place orders for new supplies when necessary and coordinate with the purchasing department.
- Process returns and damaged items, ensuring they are properly recorded and dealt with according to company policies.
- Work closely with other departments, such as sales, warehousing, and logistics, to coordinate inventory movements and maintain smooth operations.
- Assist with regular inventory audits to reconcile physical stock counts with recorded inventory levels. Generate inventory reports for management, highlighting stock levels, discrepancies, and any issues that need attention.
- **Requirements and Qualifications**_
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Computer proficiency/ have basic knowledge in Microsoft
- Experience in related field will be prioritized
