- Cold/warm calling using leads provided by the agency.
- Introduce and explain to prospects, emphasizing their benefits and addressing any inquiries they may have.
- Set appointments by calling cold and warmed leads in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsible for influencing potential customers to buy the right property.
- Providing excellent customer service and maintaining consistent follow-up with clients.
- Record and maintain accurate and detailed information on all leads and interactions in our CRM system.

**Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and self motivate.
- Able to speak in Mandarin & English. Mandarin is required as you will be dealing with Chinese clients.
- With previous telemarketing or sales experience is preferred.
- Communicates effectively on the phone.
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-focused approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
