EHS Executive

**Key Accountabilities**:
**COMPLIANCE AFFAIRS & ESG DEVELOPMENT**
- To closely monitor on the deadline of renewal for all company’s certificates licenses, permits & local authorities that are under compliance responsibility, ensure timely renewal without delay. Manage and Monitor all renewal efficiently.
- Identifies changes in legislation or regulatory environment and communicate their impact to the Company.
- Maintain a good relationship and build strong rapport with the relevant local authorities to compile industry news to ensure our business is competitive and proactive in reacting to the changes in regulations, to ensure full compliance in all regulatory requirements.
- Acts as the liaison / contact person between Company and the respective Local Authorities in relation to all compliance matters.
- Follow-up with relevant authorities department for the certificates / licenses / permits in progress for approvals and advice.
- Maintain good filing and archiving system for Regulatory documents for easy retrieval.
- Other Authority or utility requirement (TM, TNB, Syabas, Indah Water)
- Collect data for ESG reporting into SPHERA
- Assist in the implementation of ESG initiative for the company

**WORKPLACE SAFETY & HEALTH**
- To liaise and comply with DOSH requirement on safety and health matters & following APAC Safety requirement for the company
- To make sure implementation of HIRARC according to DOSH requirement
- Monitor Risk Assessment for each Department
- Safety Coordinator for the company on all related issues.

**ENVIRONMENTAL**
- To liaise with DOE on all environmental issue.
- Monitor waste water compliance for daily discharge and comply Standard B Requirement
- Conduct training for waste water technician
- To monitor and provide inventory listing on schedule waste management
- Monitor air monitoring requirement to comply with Clean Air Regulations
- Prepared and monitor all related documentation for auditing purpose

**Experience and Skills Required**:

- Minimum Diploma/Degree in related field / equivalent
- Strong interpersonal skill and teamwork collaboration aptitude
- Strong familiarity with the statutory compliance required for Safety, Health and Environment

**Soft Skills and Other Requirements**:

- Computer Knowledge (Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Good organising & time management skill
- Good communication and public relation skill

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
