Assist in bi-yearly vendor reassessment for IMS compliance in June and December.
- Obtain quotations from vendors.
- Match and verify documents for invoices before submission to finance.
- Maintain a filing s
- ystem for both softcopy and hardcopy purchase orders and related documents.
- Perform Oracle job functions for Procurement department.
- Provide cross-functional support to other Buyers in different site locations.
- Ensure workplace cleanliness and maintenance according to company's housekeeping policy.
- Monitor Customs documents and certificates for compliance.
**Job Requirements**
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience; **fresh graduates welcome.**:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel), with strong skills in Pivot Tables and Excel formulas.
- **Initial 1-year contract position, with potential for permanent conversion based on job needs.**:
- **Must have personal transportation and be willing to occasionally travel to plant locations.**:
- **Work schedule: 5.5 days per week.**:
- **Must be willing to work in Senai.**
**Job Type**: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
