- Support the Finance Manager and Chief Operating Officer in finance and operational aspects inclusive of, but not limited to, the below.
- 【Details】- Bookkeeping/ accounting/ audit field work for fund management company and fund entities including intermediary SPC of the funds
- Fund administration and operation including:

- Preparation and issuance of capital call/ distribution allocation
- Support funding of investments
- Preparation of fund report for funds
- Investment valuation
- Opening/ management/ operation of bank accounts
- Setting up/ maintenance of borrowing facility for funds
- Setting up SPC for investment holding
- Maintenance of fund tax incentives (13U/ 13O/ FSI-FM) and CIT computation/ filing

Quarterly and annual MAS reporting /surveys
- Support cashflow management/ budget control- Seting-up and maintenance of Malaysia Private Limited Company
- Company registration
- Application of business license/ permits
- Annual reporting
- General administration for Malaysia Private Limited Company
- Reporting to Head Office
- Investor relations (lialising with investors mainly on financial related matters)
- Administration of insurance for fund management company and fund entities including intermediary SPC of the funds, as well as employees
- HR: Processing of payroll, CPF, personal income tax (eg. IR8A), government-paid leave etc

**Qualifications**:
**Requirement**:

- 【Must】- Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in financial, Accounting area
- Having 5 years working experience of Finance, Accounting in Financial institution
- Having knowledge of Financial Statements

【Prefer】- Having working experience of Fund Administrator**English Level**:
