MAIN JOB:
To assist in administrative work and conduct clerical duties.
JOB SCOPE:
1. To prepare documentation and filling.
2. Provide efficient administrative support service include order name card/ chop.
3. Person in charge of employee hostel.
a. Maintenance
b. Calculation
c. Contract
4. Reimbursement claim:
a. Petty cash
b. Contractor
c. Manager
5. Client hotel, taxi booking and expatriate hostel such as:
a. Maintenance
b. Contract
c. Audit and etc.
6. Pic of reversible account which is estimation cost.
7. Any other duties as and when assigned by supervisor from time to time.
8. Prepared tea and coffee for general manager/ client.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
