MAIN JOB:
To assist in administrative work and conduct clerical duties.
- Handle food program - scheduling, ordering, prepare name list and cost estimation
- Handle Uniform - Purchase, Order, Storage, Record, Acceptance, Distribute to staff
- Handle Locker Room - Monitor, Record, Distribute
- Handle PPE - Purchase, Order, Storage, Record,Distribute to staff, Acceptance, Prepare for Guest
- Handle Stationery, DHL - Purchase, Record, Storage, Distribute
- Asset Management - Asset tagging, Record
- Purchase - Submit purchase requisition and acceptance report (Project/item details to be prepared fullly by person in charge), Submit prepayment based on request
- All Meeting Room - Monitor mineral water & marker pen
- Company Van - Monitor vehicle's itinerary and ensure vehicle reach its destination on time
- Guest - Prepare Meeting Room, Drink and Beverage & PPE
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
