1. **Sales Administrative Assistant**:

- Provide administrative support to the sales team.
- Manage customer inquiries and coordinate appointments.
- Prepare sales documents, including contracts and invoices.
- Assist in organizing and maintaining sales records.
- Coordinate with finance and inventory departments.

2. **Sales Support Coordinator**:

- Assist in processing sales orders and maintaining customer databases.
- Coordinate vehicle deliveries and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with sales managers to ensure timely follow-up on leads.
- Assist in preparing sales reports.

3. **Sales Operations Specialist**:

- Manage sales-related administrative tasks, such as order processing and inventory management.
- Coordinate with finance and insurance departments to finalize sales transactions.
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Assist in organizing sales agent schedules.

4. **Sales Coordinator**:

- Assist sales managers in coordinating sales activities and managing customer inquiries.
- Prepare sales quotes, contracts, and other documents.

5. **Sales Administrator**:

- Manage administrative tasks related to vehicle sales, including processing paperwork and maintaining records.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating test drives.
- Communicate with customers to gather necessary information and address inquiries.
- Collaborate with sales managers to track sales performance and inventory levels.
- Provide support during sales events and promotions.

6. **Sales Operations Administrator**:

- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Other duties instructed by management from time to time.

**Salary**: From RM1,700.00 per month
