Job Responsibilities:
- To handle inbound and outbound customer calls regarding overdue/over limit accounts, credit terms and clarify billings issues.
- Assists in generating monthly invoices and statements to the customer.
- Assists reporting team in reconciling revenue accounts each month.
- Prepares, posts, verifies, and records customer payments and transactions related to accounts receivable.
- Creates and process invoices according to company practices; submits invoices to customers.
- Maintains and updates customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
- Cross-checking invoices with payments and expenses to ensure accuracy
- Sending bills and invoices to clients and keep record as company practices
- Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments
- Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, updating information as needed.
- Collaborates with the billing team lead to reconcile accounts receivable on a periodic basis.
- To achieve Collections targets as per KPIs
- Assists in any other ad-hoc assignments or operational issues as requested by the Account manager.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum requirements: SPM/Diploma and above.
- Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English will be advantage.
- Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
- Exhibit strong negotiation skills and problem solving in Bahasa Malaysia or English.
- Computer literate i.e Microsoft office.
- Good working attitude, passionate, self-motivated and able to communicate well with people of all levels.
- Able to start work immediately.
- Fresh graduate with good communication skills is encouraged to apply
