He has carried out his role and responsibilities as an ability, reliable and dedicated Site Safety Supervisor by actively develop and maintain various HSE programs and documentations such as: 1.To perform and implement all corrective and preventive actions to avoid non-conformance activities as per agreed in the discussion. 2.To highlight non-forming activities to subcontractors during site inspection. 3.To conduct site safety inspection daily at site and to coordinate with Project Manager to correct non-conformance. 4.To ensure works are carried out safely on a day to day basic at site. 5.To conduct HIRADC/JSA before any work started with any management representative, person In-charge or designated person. 6.To ensure works are carried out as per the HIRADC/JSA/SWP. 7.To ensure valid permit before work or machinery carrying out the work. 8.To assist Machinery Inspector/Licensed person conduct the machinery inspection. 9.To ensure all site worker comply with PPE requirements. 10.To report to Project Manager if there is any urgency happen. 11.To conduct Weekly Toolbox meeting or pre-task briefing with the workers. 12.To ensure all the workers have valid CIDB Green Card before entering the work site. 13.To ensure all workers been inducted internally and have valid body pass before start work. 14.To act as Secretary for Safety and Health Committee Meeting conducted by monthly basis. 15.To act as Assistant Commander for Emergency Response Team established on project. 16.To communicate and coordinate with other relevant departments (DOSH, CIDB, KKM, BOMBA and Local authorities) 17.Perform other tasks or duties as may be assigned by the Project Manager from time to time related to safety, health and environmental matters. Requirement -Min competency certification in HSE field (preferably as Site Safety Supervisor with Yellow Book) -Experiences in internal and external (such as ISO45001, ISO14001) audits -2 years or more relevant experience as HSE role, especially within construction industry will be an added advantage. -Good communication skills on a personal and group level. -Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office - Excel, Words, PowerPoints -Possession of own transport is desirable
