Purchasing Clerk

Job Description:
- To assist Purchasing Manager to keep the Purchasing Department running efficiently.
- Responsible for the preparation and process purchase orders and documents in accordance with approval.
- To source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
- To monitor and co-ordinates deliveries and to ensure that all items are delivered as per schedule.
- To follow-up order, quotation and invoice by supplier.
- To assist in data entry, filing and keeping track of all purchase orders and related documents.
- To coordinate with site personnel to monitor the delivery of materials and equipment.
- To undertake any other ad-hoc assignment or duties assigned by superior as and when required.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in the related field.
- Good interpersonal skill in coordination and negotiation.
- Computer literate skills: Ms Excel & Ms Words
- Languages: Mandarin, English & Malay.
- Able to work independently.
**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM1,999.00 per month
