Requirements:
Relevant experience of 3 years or more.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct an audience and task needs analysis for documentation, focusing on what the various audiences need to be able to do and know. The audiences range from end
- User customers to service personnel.
Research and gather technical information.
Become a user advocate for the products you document.
Collaborate with engineers and other technical specialists to translate their knowledge into clear and straightforward documentation.
Deliver technical documentation for the products and related technology to product's employees, service partners, and customers. Example deliverables include installation instructions, maintenance and troubleshooting tasks, online help, user tasks, and release notes.
Partner with instructional designers to develop overall training and documentation solutions.
- Sourcing methodologies to enable reuse of content between content topics and products, while making the user experience the #1 priority.
Test whether users understand newly developed material.
