1. To Assist the Engineering Manager with equipment installations Following preventative maintenance program for equipment & facility 2. Assuring food safety and all regulatory requirements 3. To perform maintenance and assist to repair/upkeep any faulty equipment/plant found in the factory. 4. Troubleshooting equipment and/or outline lubrication of equipment if applicable 5. Assist to determine causes of operational problems or failures. 6. Adhere to all applicable regulations, policies, and procedures for health, safety, and environmental compliance. 7. Responsible to start up and shut down processing equipment by operating the industrial equipment 8. Clean production equipment or work areas by maintaining an organized and safety of maintenance shop / maintain clean overall work facility. Ensure maintaining a clean and safe environment all the time. 9. Ensure cleaning materials, tools, or equipment, and the project materials daily.
