Awesome Innovation Sdn Bhd is a dynamic and fast-growing company in the retail Ready-To-Cook food at most hypermarket and supermarket in Malaysia and facility management services company. We are currently a growing organization and seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Analyst to join our team. As an Account Executive, you will play a vital role in managing our financial operations, maintaining accurate records, analyzing sales report and contributing to the overall success of our organization.
**Here’s the job descriptions**:
- Support the Sales, Production and Accounts division to develop, monitor, maintain analysis and recommendations that provide actionable insights - channel contribution, campaign efficiencies, production, market outlook, consumer behavior / pattern.
- Actively track DO, sales report, market trends and competitor actions - outlet, promotion, pricing.
- Standardize analysis, reporting any discrepancy of sales and DO, of data source.
- Develop and provide support and recommendation to internal division teams.
- Provides input and ideas for improving quality and product enhancements.
- standardized reporting and automated reporting tools and knowledge transfer Develop standardized reporting tools (reports, dashboards, etc.) for all levels of management
- Actively communicate and collaborate with other stakeholders.
- Troubleshoots problems or issues and provide support to the team.
**Key Requirements**:
- Education: Must possess Degree in Finance and Accounting (Professional Qualification will be added advantage).
- Professional Experience: Comes with at least 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably commercial finance/business analysis experience in retail/FMCG industry.
- Personal attributes: Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills. Able to multitask, proactive, work under pressure and deliver within tight deadline.
- Languages: Fluent English and both in written and spoken. Knowledge of other language is added advantage.
- Including experience in engaging with internal and external stakeholders to gather data, document business requirements and process mapping.
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
