**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive curriculum plans for Play Group and Kinder Group, aligned with the Malaysian educational standards and guidelines.
- Design and create age-appropriate learning materials, resources, and activities to support the curriculum.
- Conduct regular assessments and evaluations of curriculum effectiveness, and make necessary adjustments to ensure continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other staff members to integrate curriculum goals and objectives into daily classroom practices.
- Provide training, support, and guidance to teachers on curriculum implementation and instructional strategies.
- Stay updated on current trends, research, and best practices in early childhood education, and incorporate innovative ideas into the curriculum.
- Establish and maintain positive relationships with parents, and communicate effectively about curriculum goals, activities, and student progress.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, policies, and procedures governing early childhood education in Malaysia.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or higher in Early Childhood Education or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in curriculum development and planning, preferably in a preschool or early childhood education setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Malaysian Early Childhood Education Curriculum Framework and other relevant educational standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Creative and innovative thinker, with a passion for creating engaging and stimulating learning experiences for young children.
- Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fluency in both English and Malay languages, with strong written and verbal communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
