**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist the preschool curriculum planner in organizing and maintaining curriculum materials and resources.
- Compile and organize educational materials, including worksheets, lesson plans, and teaching aids.
- Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources for daily activities and lessons.
- Support the curriculum planner in updating and maintaining student records and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings, workshops, and training sessions for staff.
- Handle basic administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Provide support during special events and activities organized by the kindergarten.
**Requirements**:
- STPM/ or Diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in an administrative support role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and contribute to a positive team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,800.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
