Administrative Support Coordinator

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is a reputable property developer listed in the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, with a strong focus on developing self-sustainable townships that cater to the needs of Malaysian home buyers.
We are currently seeking a skilled Administrative Support Coordinator to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing quality living spaces for our customers.
Job Responsibilities- The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all sales application forms and related documents are completed and ready for processing.
- They will coordinate with relevant parties, including credit control, lawyer teams, sales teams, and customers, regarding loan processing.
- Our ideal candidate will also be responsible for appointing and coordinating with appointed lawyers for Sales & Purchase Agreement (S&P) preparation and documentation.
- In addition, they will register clients with LPPSA, prepare customer documentation, and schedule loan agreement signings.
- The Administrative Support Coordinator will provide backend administrative support, ensure customer information security, and undertake any other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
- The successful candidate must possess at least a SPM qualification.
- They should be meticulous, systematic, able to prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
- A pleasant personality, ability to work independently, and blend well in a team are essential.
- This is a contractual post with the possibility of permanency.
- The positions can be based in Sri Manjung (Perak) or Phileo Damansara Office (Selangor).
The salary for this role is up to MYR 3,000, commensurate with experience.
