About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Hello Dental Clinic.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service.
  • Perform administrative duties and answer phone calls in a professional manner.
  • Schedule appointments and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with administrative documents and have basic knowledge of computers and Microsoft Excel.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education requirement: SPM.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills.
  • Able to speak fluent Mandarin and English.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
