Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Support Admin to join our team at Nala Groups. As a Support Admin, you will be responsible for monitoring social media platforms for inquiries and potential leads, following up with cold leads, and assisting in operational management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and respond to social media inquiries and potential leads.
  • Follow up with cold leads to trigger responses.
  • Assist in operational management, including monitoring and managing dental and operational software.
  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by superior.

Requirements

  • Welcome fresh graduates to apply.
  • Good communication skills in English and Mandarin.

Working Hours and Location

Working hours: 9am - 6pm (5 days a week). Working location: Plaza Arkadia, Desa Parkcity.
