Job Title: Client Support

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Support professional to join our team at Glints. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for proactively monitoring system performance, handling escalations, ensuring effective communication, and optimizing operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Monitor system performance and provide proactive support to ensure seamless operations.
  • Manage escalations and coordinate with relevant teams to resolve issues efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain effective communication channels with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and feedback.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Support and DevOps teams to improve product and working environment.
  • Mediate escalating situations to prevent major incidents and ensure coordination of resolving parties.
Key Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant role.
  • Proficient in English and Chinese Mandarin (Written and Verbal).
  • Familiarity with server logs and monitoring tools.
  • Knowledge of web servers, network protocols, and DNS.
  • Prior experience in a Tech company or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to details.
  • Willingness to work on a 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends and holidays.
