Client Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Support Specialist to join our team at Glints. As a key member, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance of our systems by proactively monitoring system metrics, providing timely support to customers, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve technical issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure regular system backups and monitor system performance to prevent downtime and optimize operational processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and provide timely support to customers via multiple communication channels.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, internal teams, and external partners.
Key Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant technical support role.
- Proficient in English and Chinese Mandarin (written and verbal).
- Familiarity with server logs, monitoring tools, and network protocols.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively.
Note: This role is a 24/7 rotational shift, including weekends and holidays. Working hours will be based on rotation and shift (9-10 working hours).
