Job Title: Customer Support Specialist - Mandarin Speaker

Emerald Zebra is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in the China region, with Mandarin being an essential language skill.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries and troubleshoot issues through telephone, email, and live chat.
  • Identify and resolve client problems, providing timely and accurate solutions to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Educate clients on how to navigate our website and effectively use trading platforms.
  • Provide detailed information about our products and services, ensuring clients are well-informed and supported.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to address client concerns and escalate issues when necessary, contributing to the overall efficiency of the customer support process.
  • Assist other departments with customer-related tasks, helping to ensure smooth communication and seamless client support across the organization.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Strong computer literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Knowledge and experience in the Forex (FX) market is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team-oriented attitude.
  • Native or near-native proficiency in Mandarin, along with fluency in English, is essential for reading, writing, and speaking. Proficiency in Cantonese would be an added advantage.

Working Hours: (5 shift rotation between 7am - 12am)
