IT Application Support Specialist

At SEER S&R, we are seeking a highly skilled and motivated IT Application Support Specialist to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a talented individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing timely and effective support to our internal clients, ensuring that their systems are up and running smoothly at all times. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, this role requires a professional with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a commitment to resolving issues efficiently.
This is a 24/7 role, requiring flexibility and adaptability in managing shift rotations and responding to urgent requests from multiple regions. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of automated system monitoring and applications across large networks, as well as experience in troubleshooting desktop support issues such as software installation, system configurations, and networking.
To succeed in this position, you will need to demonstrate soft skillsets such as teamwork, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Additionally, having knowledge or background in databases, AWS, and programming will be advantageous.

- 2+ years of experience in a relevant customer service or technical support position
- Demonstrated soft skillsets such as teamwork, critical thinking, and positive attitude
- Basic troubleshooting knowledge of desktop support issues
- Additional knowledge or background in technical skills such as databases, AWS, and programming
- Fluent in English and Mandarin languages, both written and spoken
- Candidates must be eligible to work and live in Malaysia
