About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales and Customer Support Specialist to join our team at Summit Next Technologies Sdn Bhd. As a Telesales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in the Forex industry.

  • Responsibilities:
  • De-escalate situations involving dissatisfied customers, offering patient assistance and support
  • Guide callers through troubleshooting, navigating the company site or using the products or services
  • Review customer or client CRM accounts, providing updates and information
  • Collaborate with other departments in case of cross-department issue
  • Being a reliable source of information for the customers and soon-to-be customers
  • Leading the customers to start their journey in the forex systems

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of proven related experience (call center sales agent/BDO) within the Forex industry, financial or telecommunication services
  • At least 1 year working experience in Sales area
  • English level proficiency B1
  • Phone skills, including familiarity with complex or multi-line phone systems
  • Strong communication, both written and verbal
  • Great active listening skills
  • A patient and empathetic attitude
  • Adaptability and flexibility
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments
  • Troubleshooting skills
  • Ability to speak Malay
  • Should be willing to work on weekends and public holidays
  • Should be willing to work on shift hours
