l At least 3 years of working experience in shared service or customer service, within the insurance industry are highly desirable.

l Collaborate with the sales team to assist in lead generation, customer onboarding, and managing client relationships. Provide necessary sales data and reports to help track performance and identify areas for improvement. l Assist in the administration and processing of insurance policies. Ensure accurate and timely policy issuance, endorsements, and renewals.
