Job Overview

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to join our team as a Personal Assistant. This role requires a proactive, independent, and organized individual who can provide exceptional support to our Directors.

Job Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for correspondence and phone calls, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and systems for tracking, monitoring, and prioritizing tasks, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Successfully complete deliverables with a hands-on approach, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate extensive travel arrangements, including accommodation and transportation, when required.
  • Conduct research on behalf of the Directors, perform personal shopping, and run errands independently, utilizing initiative and resourcefulness.
  • Manage and follow up on incoming issues, handle matters expeditiously, and ensure successful completion of tasks.
  • Provide high-level confidential support to the Directors, encompassing secretarial and administrative services, while maintaining discretion and professionalism.
  • Undertake special assignments, ad-hoc functions, and related duties as assigned by Superior, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to learn.
  • Proactively manage and coordinate electronic diaries, prioritizing and arranging appointments, and relocating as necessary, ensuring efficient use of time.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 5-8 years of working experience in a related Secretary/PA position, preferably with a relevant degree.
  • Possess a positive attitude, ability to work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate excellent time management skills.
  • Demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, competing tasks, and demands with tight deadlines.
  • Have common sense, make good judgments, and recommend more effective ways to run the Directors' office, swiftly troubleshooting issues.
  • Be pro-active, quick, flexible, adaptable, dependable, independent, highly organized, resourceful, and a strong team player with a sense of responsibility and a willingness to learn.
  • Demonstrate sensitivity and attention to details, with the ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Have experience in information finding or research using reliable resources.
  • Demonstrate wide experience beyond administrative roles.
  • Show strong administrative, planning, and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly and maintain attention to detail.
  • Be a future-oriented thinker who actively seeks opportunities and makes recommendations, with strong emotional maturity and the ability to handle stress in a fast-paced environment.
  • Have working knowledge of presentation software packages, preferably Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in handling residential/commercial property construction/renovation work.
  • Experience in managing private events and handling Private Charter.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including diplomacy.
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia, with Mandarin being an added advantage.
  • Possess own transport and be willing to travel.
  • Possess personal preferences, such as liking pets (e.g., dogs and cats).

Remuneration

  • The estimated salary for this role is approximately RM 7,500 - RM 8,000 per month.
