About Our Client

Hunters International Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced administrative professional to support our client, a renowned Japanese multinational automobile manufacturer.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate meetings, events, and appointments to ensure seamless logistics.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation as required.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with utmost professionalism.
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system, ensuring easy access to critical documents.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of departmental files and records at all times.
  • Prepare and edit reports, memos, and presentations to facilitate effective communication.
  • Assist with various administration duties as needed.
  • Arrange travel and accommodation arrangements for business trips.

Requirements:

  • A minimum diploma or equivalent qualification is essential.
  • A minimum of three years of proven experience in a secretarial role is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software applications is mandatory.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills are crucial.
  • The ability to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous.
  • Flexibility to travel for meetings is necessary.

Remuneration:

  • A competitive salary ranging from RM4,000 to RM6,000 per month is offered.
