STP Specialist for Global Supply Chain Optimization

We are seeking an experienced STP Specialist to join our team in a key role that will contribute significantly to the optimization of our global supply chain. As part of our esteemed organization, half the sky, you will be responsible for delivering end-to-end STS processes and ensuring compliance with accounting standards, policies, SOX, and statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance or accounting, preferably with experience in SAP S4 Hana, Coupa, WHT, and VAT. Fluency in English is mandatory, while proficiency in Mandarin is an added advantage for effective communication with our BPO partners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Deliver services in accordance with agreed Service Level, Controls, and Governance.
- Adhere to policies and internal controls, comply with STS guidelines, ensuring process and SOX controls are executed in a timely and accurate fashion to maintain a robust control environment.
- Bring a process improvement focus, supporting implementation of best practices and project management discipline.
- Collaborate with internal and external auditors to support successful audit results and compliance with US GAAP and company policies.
In this role, you will work collaboratively with our teams, including vendors, markets, and stakeholders, to drive operational efficiency, ensure compliance, and deliver high-quality outcomes. If you are a detail-oriented professional with excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
