We are seeking a highly experienced Director to lead our Global Shared Services Centre (GSSC) team. As Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision of transactional human resources, finance, and procurement services to UNDP Country Offices and Headquarters Units worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Vision: Develop and implement a vision for the GSSC, ensuring it delivers high-quality services to clients while optimizing operational efficiency.
  • Client Service: Direct and oversee the delivery of management transactions services to internal and external clients, focusing on quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
  • Financial Sustainability: Oversee the implementation of financial sustainability initiatives, ensuring the long-term viability of the GSSC.
  • Knowledge Management and Innovation: Foster a culture of knowledge creation and innovation within the GSSC, identifying opportunities for process improvements and new service offerings.
Requirements
  • Education: Advanced university degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Information Technology, Finance, or Accounting; or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: At least 15 years of relevant professional experience, with a proven track record in leading diverse teams, managing operations, and driving business growth.
  • Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment.
