- You will be responsible for scheduling meetings and events, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, handling correspondence, maintaining confidential records, and making travel arrangements.\
- You will work closely with the Group Director, HR, and other members of the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.\\/ul>
Requirements:
- \
- Minimum Diploma or equivalent.\
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a secretarial role.\
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.\
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.\
- Highly detailed-oriented and organized.\
- Able to communicate effectively in English.\
- Able to travel for meetings.\\/ul>
Salary Range:
Rm4,000 - Rm6,000 per annum
