Job Overview:

  • We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to provide high-level administrative support to our Group Director, HR.\
  • The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional support services and working closely with senior management.\
  • This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone looking to progress their career and take on new challenges.\
  • You will be responsible for scheduling meetings and events, preparing meeting agendas and minutes, handling correspondence, maintaining confidential records, and making travel arrangements.\
  • You will work closely with the Group Director, HR, and other members of the team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.\\/ul>


Requirements:

  • \
  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent.\
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a secretarial role.\
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other office software applications.\
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.\
  • Highly detailed-oriented and organized.\
  • Able to communicate effectively in English.\
  • Able to travel for meetings.\\/ul>

Salary Range:

Rm4,000 - Rm6,000 per annum
