**Tugas dan TanggungJawab anda: -**
- Menyediakan rawatan spa kepada pelanggan, termasuk rawatan muka, badan dan urutan,
- Menjawab pertanyaan pelanggan tentang rawatan, untuk membantu operasi harian spa, dan mengekalkan hubungan yang baik dengan pelanggan
- Membantu dalam operasi spa yang lancar dan cekap.
- Melaksanakan prosedur pembukaan dan penutupan yang ditetapkan untuk Pusat Spa seperti yang ditetapkan.
- Dapat menerangkan dan mengesyorkan semua rawatan pakej spa kepada pelanggan dan memberikan cadangan yang sesuai mengikut keperluan.
- Mesti menyampaikan maklumat yang betul & menasihati pelanggan tentang pelbagai pakej rawatan.
- Melakukan perkhidmatan urut profesional, rawatan muka dan kuku kepada pelanggan
- Berkomunikasi dengan pelanggan semasa rawatan untuk menyesuaikan teknik urutan mengikut keperluan.
- Berupaya menasihati pelanggan tentang faedah rawatan.
- Menyimpan rekod terperinci rawatan yang dilakukan ke atas setiap pelanggan spa.
- Melakukan pembersihan dan sanitasi kawasan kerja, membasuh tuala dan semua alas atau kain yang berkaitan,menukar linen dan semua kain berkaitan rawatan selepas setiap rawatan dan menyiapkan semula bilik untuk rawatan seterusnya.
- Pastikan bilik rawatan dan produk dibersihkan dan kemas selepas setiap rawatan.
- Memastikan spa mempunyai bekalan spa yang mencukupi, mengelak dari berlaku kerosakan dan pembaziran.
- Mengikut SOP kerja yang telah ditetapkan
- Membantu dan memberi tunjuk ajar kepada rakan sekerja
- Mengekalkan tahap kemasan dan kebersihan yang tinggi di spa
- Sentiasa berpenampilan wangi bersih dan bersolek
- Sentiasa belajar dan meningkatkan pengetahuan dalam mengunakan peralatan
- peralatan yang tersedia.
- Sedia menerima, dan bertindak mengikut semua arahan pihak pengurusan
- Membawa sikap positive kepada pelanggan
- Patuh pada semua arahan syarikat yang sedia ada dan baru diperkenalkan
- Menangani permintaan pelanggan dengan professional dan pantas
- Memastikan keadaan office, dan spa dalam keadaan teratur, kemas dan tersusun
- Membuat treatment kepada penlanggan
- Memastikan tuala spa, barangan spa dalam keadaan lengkap
- Bersedia membuat kerja lain jika diminta
- Mengikut semua arahan and membuat semua tugas yang diberikan oleh pihak majikan.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 48 per week

**Salary**: RM1,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
