Prepare monthly rolling forecast and analysis against last year, budget and prior forecast for the Group and presentation decks for EXCO reporting.
- Delivery of the Group annual budget, long-range plan, financial models and sensitivity analysis for EXCO.
- Support Revenue growth initiatives, including preparing new product feasibility studies, program profitability, business segments analysis, and product pricing setting.
- Serve as a business partner to other departments by providing timely financial data and advice, including actual spending, resource allocation, and ah-hoc analysis to support decision-making.
- Prepare business segment reporting and analysis including update cost allocation assumptions and perform reasonable check on margin and EBITDA.
- Assist in strategic planning by providing data-driven insights and working with leadership to align with overall business strategy.
- Review and monitor departmental purchase requisition and budget utilisation by cost center.
- Involve in month-end close and review financial results with Finance Leaders.
- Support the Finance team on monthly closing, statutory reporting, audits and address recurrent problems as and when required.
- Manage service levels of the FP&A team, ensure deliverables consistently meet agreed timelines, and proactively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Ensure FP&A control and compliance to prevent any material financial control weaknesses. Implement remediation action to address control issues if any.
- Review the current policies and control framework and recommend amendments to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Involve in business performance analysis and reporting and continuous improvement projects as and when required.
- Perform other duties assigned by the management as and when delegated.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- Degree in Finance & Accounting or professional accounting qualifications (ACCA/CIMA) or any equivalent qualifications.
- Minimum 5 years experience in relevant field.
- Expert in using Microsoft Office (Excel, Words and Power points)
- Has knowledge in Microsoft Dynamic Navision
- Good communication skills

- High self-motivation, self-initiative and problem solving skills
