Customer Support Executive

**Responsibility**:
2. Assist customers with order placement, tracking, modifications, and cancellations.
3. Handle complaints and resolve issues, aiming for customer satisfaction and retention.
4. Collaborate with the logistics partners and warehouse teams to ensure prompt and accurate order fulfilment.
5. Gather customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the shopping experience.
6. Perform ad hoc task assigned by the superior
**Requirement**:
1. Preferably at least 1 year of relevant experience.
2. Have basic knowledge of motorcycle spare parts.
3. Good in attitude and behaviour.
4. Ability to problem-solve, handle complaints, and resolve conflicts effectively.
5. Computer literate and competent in Microsoft Excel.
6. Experience/knowledge in using Shopee & Lazada online platform would be an added advantage.
