Role purpose:
To support sales team and manage customer orders and inquiries, process sales orders, and coordinate sales activities.

**1. General Business Management**:

- Manage and participate in the development and implementation of goals, policies, and priorities of department and institution
- Coordinate business engagement activities between IMU and industry, including organizing visits, discussions, small meeting, large meeting and etc

**2. Sales Administration**
- Responsible for day-to-day sales support function and general administrative tasks.
- Provide administrative support, including data entry, project management, and filing.
- Prepare sales quotation and proposal and to manage and monitor the progress.
- Communicate with customers and inter-department and others to ensure all matters are well coordinated and acted upon.
- Compiling monthly sales achievement and other performance report.
- Handling and prioritizing the influx of customer requests and complaints
- to establish a good relationship between the customer and the company at all times to secure future business
- Follow up on prospect and customer inquiries

**3. Administration**
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary

**4. Other**:
Communicate problems and proposed solutions to management/supervisor

**Requirements**:
Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Bukit Jalil: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
