**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**

1) Foreign Worker Administration:

- Maintain good relationship, liaise with, and follow up with Immigration, FOMEMA, Embassy for new arrivals of foreign workers to ensure all necessary processes and documentation is complete.
- Update timely and accurately FW employee WP/SP data in to HRMS system.
- Manage, monitor and track FWs WP expiry dates and preparing list of FW where action need to be taken to ensure timely renewal of WP
- Perform and manage survey on FW to determine renewal status and obtain approval from HOD. Consolidate all department status and obtain approval from Plant GM & ED.
- Manage the E2E process of WP renewal.
- Coordinate with operating department for their release of FW to Embassy / Immigration/ Fomema for their passport renewal / medical examination
- Periodically engage with FW and Local operators to create a positive environment that promotes work productivity.
- Manage repatriation process of foreign workers due to resignation/abscondment/expiry of WP/ death.
- Responsible for E2E sourcing of local operators within the timeline
- Prepare key reports to update HRBP and Site Management on FW operations and projects.
- Leverage and optimize the usage of Foreign Workers module for day-to-day operation. Raise and resolve issues pertaining to the system vendor and where necessary escalate to Lead HRSS for resolution.

2) Hostel Management:

- Manage and engage Wardens, Foreign Team Leaders, and Housekeeping to ensure they perform their role effectively.
- Timely Check-in of FW to hostel facility for check-in for new hires and transfer of workers within and/or across Plants into Hostel Management System.
- Monitor and track hostel’s utilities cost on monthly basis based on standard guideline determined by Plant Management. Escalate to HRBP for action to be taken if exceed the guideline.
- To conduct of weekly audit with SHO on Warden's effectiveness. Identify and highlight audit non-compliances to Lead, HR Support Services for effective follow-up action to be taken and to update HRBP.
- Ensure scope of social compliances impacting FW and Hostel is effectively managed and preventive measures are put in place to generate positive outcome.
- Responsible for regular checks on Hostel's Inventory in store and highlighting any discrepancies (due to inventory balance does not tie up or expired goods) to Lead, Support Services for follow-up action to be taken.
- Coordinate and follow-up with PEM on repair works with the objective that repair works is completed quickly and efficiently. Escalate to Lead HRSS when needed.
- Coordinate with Hostel Wardens and Plant stakeholders on 'No Show' staff. Escalate to HRBP.
- Responsible for the preparation and communication of Duty Roster for Wardens and notify payroll upon finalization and upon any changes made to the duty roster from time to time.
- Renewal of CoA once in every 3 years
- Leverage and optimize the usage of Hostel module for day-to-day operation. Raise and resolve issues pertaining to the system vendor and where necessary escalate to Lead HRSS for resolution
- Responsible for the monitoring, upkeep, and maintenance of company van.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement. Prepare recommendations to Lead HRSS
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.

3) Employee Engagement

**JOB REQUIREMENT**
- Proven experience as FW Management with min 2 - 3 years’ experience.
- Experience in manufacturing field with ISO compliance and regulatory environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Decent knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations. Familiar with safety & health regulations.

**Salary**: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
