HR Assistant

**Responsibilities**:
1. To assist in picking up and sending the foreign workers to the airport, clinics, and hospital visits
2. To assist in managing the foreign workers hostel which include audits and compliance as well as to follow up on maintenance & repairs
3. Handling foreign workers daily matters
4. To assist in handling foreign workers documentation with the relevant authorities ie immigration, Fomema, JTK, KDN and etc
5. To assist in medical screening (Fomema)
6. Setting up of personal files for foreign workers
7. To attend to any ad hoc matters
**Requirements**:
- Minimum SPM Holder
- Experience in handling foreign workers
- Good interpersonal skills and able to handle large group of workers
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: RM2,500.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
