**Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products and services
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas
- Record customer information accurately in our CRM system
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals
- Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service

**Requirements**:

- Proven telemarketing or sales experience
- Able to speak in 3 languages (Bahasa Melayu, English & Chinese)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to persuade and influence others
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales quotas
- Minimum SPM with credit in Mathematics, Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Must be able to work full-time

**Salary**: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
