We are looking for an immediate, full-time, permanent position in APAC at Cyberjaya, Malaysia.

**Job Purpose**:

- Manage range of integrated Procurement services at country level for the business partners (divisions) in their scope. Achieve greatest value contribution, benefit realization and efficiency from all procurement activities and ensure customer satisfaction by meeting their demands in terms of quality, price and service. Close cooperation with sourcing to develop and implement best local procurement strategies, identify and recommend best in class practices and suppliers to the divisions.

**Your tasks**:

- Develop, maintain and share thorough knowledge of:

- markets / category trends
- suppliers / regional players
- Develop local and contribute to regional and global category sourcing strategies and initiatives
- Prepare & lead strategic supplier negotiation with suppliers
- Prepare, conduct and lead tenders (incl. E-sourcing)
- Ensure effective implementation of DPDHL Procurement contracts
- Ensure (sourcing, purchasing, company) policy adherence of regional / local Business Partners
- Conduct local & regional supplier management

**Your profile**:

- Fresh graduates or graduates with less than one year working experience on full time basis
- Preferred field of studies: Engineering, Procurement & Supply Chain or other business degree with 3.0 CGPA/Second Class Upper (Hons)
- All-rounded individuals with an interest in Procurement function who enjoy challenges, diverse nature of work and strive to work with
- Self-motivated/Self starter
- Good analytical, structural thinking, problem solving skills
- Results-driven individual
- Good communications skills - excellent verbal and written English
- Planning and organizing skills
- Understanding of project management discipline
- Leadership skills
- Team player and good interpersonal skills
- Can do attitude
