Responsible for the day-to-day office related matters.
- Reconciling the company’s bank statements and bookkeeping ledgers.
- Key in monthly account data using SQL software system.
- Managing income and expenditure accounts.
- Generating the company’s financial reports using income and expenditure data.
- Keeping a check on the company’s finances based on financial status.
- Ensure proper filing of all the document into respective files.
- Initiating and managing financial and accounting software used by the company.
- Manage customer’s and supplier’s billing.
- Handling claim receipt from employees.
- To perform day to day processing or financial transaction.
- Preparing monthly accounting report & full set of accounts by using SQL Accounting software.
- Prepare and analyses financial statements and audit related issues.
- Communicate with external auditor & tax agent.

**Job Requirements**
- Diploma and above in accounting and related fields. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and Autocount accounting software required
- Able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
- Possess a high level integrity and is meticulous at work.
- Good interpersonal and collaboration skills.
- Good communication skills and fluent in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.

**Salary**: RM2,300.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
