2 - Last Reservations activity made On/By - Observe pricing, Booking arrival date, Group booking, Booking source (extra charge), Compare property performance, Pricing Analysis/adjustment, Cancelation policy

3 - Advance hotel Inventory Control, wash down bookings for peak days - Ensure front desk collect prepayment to gtd bookings

4 - Same Day Inventory Check - Take action to increase same day revenue

5 - Distribution Channel Analysis - Make sure OTA extranet inventory & price is tally, Check new feature & new promo, Check review, Create monthly promotions on ota

6 - Competitive Market Share analysis - Price (WE,WD & PH), Reviews, Promotion

7 - Weekly / Monthly meeting - Marketplace dynamics and general economic climate, Competitive information, Hotel performance trends vs. budget and vs. comp set, Selling strategy, Forecasting, check & compile review for front desk, Charge virtual credit card

8 - OTA Market Segment Review -Address price disparity, review price for own website

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Fixed shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
- Yearly bonus

**Education**:

- Diploma/Advanced Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Business Development: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)
