Qmr Compliance

Implementation, supervision and monitoring on the status of the quality management system and environmental management system
- To participate in certification audits, customer audit or related activities to achieve ISO accreditation

Ensure document control are systematically implemented and prepare all types of documents and its format for any ISO, ISCC and RSPO
- Support the goals set (objectives) based on the company’s plans and provide the necessary coaching to further optimize performance

Your challenges
- Systematically plan and determine the objectives and scope of audits, and implement audit schedules efficiently and effectively.
- Design audit programmed based on a deep understanding of business requirements, context, domains, and business intelligence.
- Conduct in-depth audits based on the identified business risks, operational performance, and safety considerations.
- Communicate audit findings and recommendations by preparing accurate and timely audit reports to help management make informed decisions.
- Work closely with control owners to drive the action plans as part of the effective responses toward the audit recommendations from conception to implementation.
- Strong understanding of the internal audit process and expectations

Job Requirements:

- Possess a good written/verbal communication skills and good presentation skills
- Possess a recognized ISO certificate in Internal Auditing and Assistant QMR skills
- Possess a recognized RSPO certificate in (Principles and Criteria (P&C), Supply Chain Certification (SCC) Standard & Independent Smallholder (ISH) Standard

Minimum 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

**Responsibilities**:

- Implement and manage an effective legal compliance program.
- Draft and revise company policies
- Develop and review company policies.
- Proactively audit processes, practices and documents to identify weaknesses
- Evaluate business activities to assess compliance risk
- Collaborate with external auditors and HR when needed
- Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation
- Educate and train employees on regulations and industry practices

**Salary**: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

COVID-19 considerations:
All customers and employees are required to wear mask during working hours inside the offices. Covid-19 self test should be done once a week.

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Internal Auditor: 5 years (preferred)
