Mandarin Speaking HR Admin Assistant-bukit Jalil

Handle General Affairs & HR duties at the Malaysia office:
・Manage staff attendance & leave records.
・Assist in recruitment and liaise with various recruitment agencies.
・Handle both local and Japanese employee taxes and deductions.
・Liaise with statutory authorities such as EPF, LHDN, PERKESO.
・Manage monthly payroll and payroll administration.
・ Minimum Diploma holder and above in related study field
・ Minimum 3 years or above working experience
・Proficient in English and Mandarin (need to liaise with Mandarin speaking liaison)
・Possess a valid driving license and car
・ Proficiency SQL Payroll software or other related software
・ Experience in managing minimum 250 payroll headcount
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
