**Summary**:
We are seeking a HR Admin to join us as part of our growing business. This role is based in our Bukit Jalil.
**Responsibilities**:
- Handle General Affairs & HR duties at the Malaysia office:
- Manage staff attendance & leave records.
- Assist in recruitment and liaise with various recruitment agencies.
- Handle both local and Japanese employee taxes and deductions.
- Liaise with statutory authorities such as EPF, LHDN, PERKESO.
- Manage monthly payroll and payroll administration
**Requirement**:
- Min 1 year of relevant experience
- Fluent in Chinese, English, Malay
