Participating in employee engagement initiatives, such as organizing events, surveys, or recognition programs. Assisting with performance appraisal processes, data collection, and analysis. Assisting in ensuring the organization's HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with relevant regulations. Assisting with general administrative tasks within the HR department, such as filing, organizing documents, and answering inquiries from employees.
