**Requirements**:

- 10 years and above experience in Admin and HR
- Fluent in English, Chinese (oral and written)
- University majoring in HR, Admin, Laws, etc.
- Preferential with team building and management experience
- Strong communication skills and preferential with trans-culture management
- Strong computer skills
- Set up recruitment strategy and build up recruitment channels, get recruitment done with cooperation of business departments.
- Set up effective Performance Appraisal system and leads the execution
- Set up payroll and insurance system and make the execution
- Manpower and admin budget set up and review
- Mange daily administrative jobs
- Assist management team to build effective communication with government related organs and in charge of public relations.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
