Tugas-tugas:

- Mencatatkan, memasukkan dalam rekod perakaunan dan simpanan.
- Melaksanakan fungsi perakaunan dan simpanan yang terhad.
- Mengira kos pengeluaran dan pengendalian.
- Menyediakan senarai gaji dan rekod yang berkaitan untuk gaji pekerja dan bagi tujuan penyimpanan rekod tahunan.
- Menyediakan invois, menerima dan membayar wang, menyimpan rekod transaksi, mengeluarkan resit dan proses fail.
- Menyediakan dokumen kewangan.
- Menjalankan tugas-tugas yang berkaitan dan arahan selanjutnya dari pengurus atau pengarah.
- Mengendalikan spektrum penuh pentadbiran sumber manusia harian.
- Bertanggungjawab untuk memastikan ketepatan dan ketepatan masa pentadbiran dan laporan gaji.
- Mengendalikan pertanyaan mengenai urusan gaji.
- Untuk mentadbir cuti dan cuti perubatan dan rekod tuntutan perubatan.
- Menyelia penyelenggaraan pejabat dan mengendalikan tugas pentadbiran lain, termasuk pentadbiran pejabat, alat tulis, komputer syarikat.

Syarat-syarat:

- Berumur 20 tahun - 35 tahun
- Mempunyai pengangkutan sendiri
- Menepati masa, jujur dan amanah
- Boleh bekerja dibawah pengawasan yang mínimal
- Mempunyai kelulusan dalam bidang perakaunan.
- Mempunyai pengalaman dalam bidang perakaunan dan pengurusan.
- Berpengalaman menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Office seperti Excel, PowerPoint

dan lain-lain.
- Lulusan universiti/kolej digalakkan untuk memohon.
