- Fluent in Chinese, English, and Malay languages
- Familiar with Malaysia Labour Law
- Preferable with 5-6 years of HR-related experience and experience in factory establishment
**Job Descriptions**:
- Manage full spectrum of HR functions such as Recruitment & Manpower Planning, Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Employee Relations & Payroll Preparation
- Overseeing staffing process from recruiting, hiring, onboarding and training
- Planning and creating employee working schedule based on company business requirements
- Set up and review payroll system, manpower and admin budget
- Develop and implement performance management system towards employee productivity
- Manage effective communication and documentation with public entities
- Ensure efficient handling of administrative procedures in coordination with the corporate office
- Develop strategies and create positive impressions to strengthen Company's branding and reputation
- Ensure employees' salary and benefits comply with the Labour Law in regards to human rights and pay equity
