HR Executive

Prepare and ensure monthly payroll is processed accurately and on time.
- Ensure all allowances, OT claims, expenses claims and etc. are processed accurately and on time.
- Generate accurate and updated monthly Payroll Reports using the Payroll System.
- Prepare and ensure timely submission of all relevant statutory reports such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and Income Tax.
- Ensure employee master record is well updated and captured in the system, regardless of new hire or existing employees.
- Administer and ensure all confirmation and resignation of staff are processed promptly and accurately.
- Administer the HR operation matters eg. letter issuance, performance management, confirmation, employee relation, etc.
- Review submission of timesheets and claims documents to ensure all submissions are in compliance with defined policies
- Any ad hoc HR projects/ task from time to time
**Requirements**:
- Possess Diploma/Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- 3-5years experience in the relevant field
- Knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
- Excellent working skill with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Excellent strategic, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good Command in English, Mandarin, Bahasa Melayu (Spoken and Written).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Area: Taman Perindustrian Bukit Minyak(Penang Science Park)
