HR & Admin Manager

**Key Responsibilities**:
- HR & Admin strategic planning
- Recruitment and Onboarding
- Employee Relations (Local & Foreign Workers)
- Performance Management & KPI
- Staff Training and Development
- Staff Counselling and Disciplinary
- Foreign Workers Management
- HR & Admin Policy Development and Compliance
- Office & Administration
- To lead and support Management System
- Oversee and ensure that the company abides to ISO 9001 requirements as the appointed Document Controller and Quality Management Representative.
**Requirements**:
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- With at least 5 years of Human Resources with relevant working experiences.
- Strong knowledge of HR regulations and employment laws, and payroll.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels, active listening, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia. Good command of Mandarin (both written and oral) is an added advantage.
- Willing to work in Bandar Bukit Tinggi, Klang.
- Able to start immediately will be added advantage.
**Remuneration & Benefits**:
- Salary: Up to RM8,000 per month (basic salary based on experience)
- Alternate Saturday work

- Annual Leave, Annual Trip/Dinner, Uniform, Bonus
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
