**1.0 Job Summary**

1.1 This position is responsible for a full spectrum of Human Resource functions including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, payroll processing, performance management, employee relations, industrial relations, and other HR related services.

**2.0 Duties And Responsibilities**

**2.1 Perform Full Cycle of Recruitment (Permanent/Contract/Intern)**

2.1.3 Support New Hire Onboarding Administration such as scheduling New Hire Induction sessions, registering new hires and new hires documents verification and collection; taking picture, preparing and issuing staff name tag, access card, ID card, medical book, employee handbook, padlock, uniforms and etc to new hires.

2.1.4 Monitor and administer staff probation and confirmation processes.

2.1.5 Responsible for maintaining accurate HR database with up-to-date employee records in the system (Quickpay, Quick Staff, e-leave, etc) and employee personal file.

2.1.6 Liaise with college / university coordinator on internship, career fair or any relevant matters.

2.1.7 Responsible in assisting staff’s offboarding process, such as performing staff clearance, exit interview and preparing resignation acceptance letter.

2.1.8 Responsible in preparing internship completion certificates for trainees towards end of their internship.

**2.2 Training**

2.2.1 Training Administration - training enrollment, registration of training courses with HRD Corp, venue and meal arrangement, training confirmation with participants, training records update and filing, tracking of utilization of HRD Corp fund and balance.

2.2.2 Maintain staff training development records and carry out internal staff training.

**2.3 Other assignments**

2.3.1 Responsible in keeping tracking inventory and ordering of staff uniform, safety shoes, office stationery, recruitment onboarding materials, face masks and etc.

2.3.2 Responsible in checking and updating the foreign workers work permit documents from time to time.

2.3.3 Responsible in checking, registering appointment and updating the employee’s typhoid injection and food handler course from time to time and upon new hires’ joining.

2.3.4 Responsible in checking and updating the employee’s OC/EL entitlement to Finance department.

2.3.5 Responsible in checking staff attendance daily and to report to head of department or IT Manager if any technical error occurs.

2.3.6 Assist head of department in staff welfare and activities arrangement

2.3.7 Assist head of department in decorating staff canteen.

2.3.11 Develop and maintain appropriate filing systems.

2.3.12 Handle administrative requests and queries from the head of department.

2.3.13 Manage maintenance and accuracy of employee data from time to time.

**4.0** **Preferred Knowledge/Qualification/Experience**

4.1 Minimum 2 years of working experience in the related field.

4.2 Minimum Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource

4.3 Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office, Payroll Administration, Microsoft Excel.

4.4 Must have good communication and PR skills and be able to socialize well at all levels of people.

4.5 Excellent interpersonal, communication & organization skills and ability to work independently under tight deadlines.

4.6 Team player who is dynamic, self-motivated, and result oriented.

4.7 Immediate availability will be an advantage.

**5.0 **Financial responsibility**

5.1 Purchase of office administration stationeries, fast printing of all HR standard forms, staff welfare items and anything related to HR activities.

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM750.00 per month
